The Nico Blues are a last wave rock band from New Jersey. Our new EP “Die Happy” was released on February 29th, 2012 on our own Tiny Giant Records imprint. It was recorded, produced, and mixed in the basement/practice studio/love palace where we reside most of the time. In 2010, we released our first full-length album titled “Blame the Boredom, Blame the Basements". The album garnered such a great response that local label Killing Horse Records reissued it in January 2012. In true DIY spirit, The Nico Blues book all of our own shows and help organize bands in our own community through the Tiny Giant Artist Collective, which we co-founded. As a result, we've gained a devoted regional following.

Tiny Giant (n.) - A completely independent band who earns their fans show by show, flyer by flyer, gas mile by gas mile, and does it all solely for the love of sharing their music with anyone willing to listen.
Tiny Giant Artist Collective is a community of bands and friends who work together to share their craft with each other and anyone else who is interested and qualified to share in scene
