The Drinkers Themselves celebrate 10 years of bringing New York the finest folky sing-along heartbreak and punk songs. CJ Bellacero and Bill Manning concocted the "side project" in the summer of 2002, and after bringing in Ann Fitzgerald of The Vibration to complete their sound, found that the band just couldn't quit. The 10 year anniversary show coincides with the first release of new material by The Drinkers in several years, and the band hopes it brings with it ten more years of good songs, good friends, and good times. And they couldn't be any more excited to be celebrating the milestone with long-time cohorts Kid Casanova, and the absolutely inspiring The Wooden Sky. Kid Casanova was formed in late 2001 in NYC. The original line-up was Semra Ercin (drums), Mark Minnig (bass), Kevin O’Sullivan (vocals/guitar), and Kana Philip (lead guitar/vocals). They recorded a self-released, 4-song demo in June 2002, several unreleased demos during 2003, an 8-song, BC Records released, self-titled EP in 2004, more unreleased demos, and finally a Something In Construction-released full-length titled, “Heart Attacks and Subway Maps,” in 2006. After recording their full-length, Wes Carnes was added on keyboards. The band split in late 2007.

The Wooden Sky are a Canadian indie rock band based in Toronto, Ontario. They formed in 2003 as Friday Morning's Regret, but changed their name in 2007. They are currently signed to Black Box Recordings who has released their last two records. The band originated after lead singer Gavin Gardiner wrote songs for a school project while attending Ryerson University. He formed the band with bassist Andrew Wyatt and drummer Chris Cocca, who has left the band. Their debut album, released in 2007, is When Lost at Sea. Band members now include Gardiner (vocals, guitars, harmonica), Wyatt (bass, vocals), Simon Walker (piano, vocals, guitar) and Andrew Kekewich (percussion). The band is frequently joined by Anissa Hart (Ohbijou, Kite Hill, The Rural Alberta Advantage) (cello), Mika Posen (Forest City Lovers, Timber Timbre) (violin, viola), and Edwin Huizinga (The Mars Volta) (violin).
