The Attic Ends: We are The Attic Ends, a four-piece indie rock band from Brooklyn, NY. We've been together for three years, playing all over New York City and the east coast. Our music is one of personal reflection, empowerment and ultimately liberation. It documents the highs and lows that come with that type of introspection: at times dark and rumbling, at times euphoric. Our debut album, "Home", was released on iTunes in December of 2010, was accepted to the Pandora Music Project, and was well received by the New York City music community. Over time, we played increasingly larger venues, from our humble beginnings at open mics and Arlene's Grocery on to massive venues like the famed Bowery Ballroom.

And as our practice schedule intensified, so too did our commitment to this band and to each other. We moved in together, we secured our own top tier rehearsal space, and we spent just about every waking hour working on our music... and working to support it. Eventually record labels start to sniff around and express interest, but by then, we had fallen in love with our love-child and weren't too keen on the idea of sharing custody. And so we labored on trying to nurture and provide for it ourselves. For two years, we wrote, rehearsed and performed the songs for this upcoming album. At long last, we are recording it. We are planning to release it in February and hit the road in March. See you out there. -T.A.E.
